Abstract


Emosi negatif pada remaja, seperti kecemasan, depresi, dan kemarahan, merupakan permasalahan psikologis yang semakin mendapat perhatian serius dalam konteks kesehatan mental global. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) telah diakui secara luas sebagai salah satu pendekatan terapeutik yang paling efektif dalam menangani berbagai gangguan emosional, khususnya pada kelompok usia remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana penerapan CBT dapat membantu remaja mengelola emosi negatif mereka, menganalisis efektivitas intervensi tersebut berdasarkan sintesis berbagai penelitian terdahulu, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada keberhasilan atau hambatan penerapannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis (systematic literature review) terhadap penelitian-penelitian relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa CBT secara konsisten terbukti efektif dalam mereduksi simtom emosi negatif pada remaja melalui serangkaian teknik terstruktur, seperti restrukturisasi kognitif, pemantauan pikiran otomatis, aktivasi perilaku, dan pelatihan keterampilan regulasi emosi. Efektivitas CBT juga diperkuat oleh kemampuannya beradaptasi dengan berbagai format layanan, termasuk CBT individual, kelompok, berbasis sekolah, maupun yang dimediasi teknologi digital. Meskipun demikian, beberapa keterbatasan seperti akses layanan, resistensi klien, dan kompetensi terapis perlu mendapat perhatian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi CBT dalam sistem layanan kesehatan mental remaja di Indonesia dan menyarankan pengembangan program intervensi yang lebih terstandar dan berbasis bukti.
